Companies need to know not only whether their culture is functioning at an effective level, but also how the steps they are taking (trainings, retreats, seminars, policy changes, etc) may be impacting the overall health and function of the organization.

My group, PIE Science (performance intervention evaluation), helps companies understand their baseline of performance and measure changes and improvement resulting from any force.

I work with companies before, during and after efforts made to improve culture to gather a baseline, and see which metrics improve (or not) as a result of such efforts. I have summarized research spanning performance science, neuroscience, and psychology into a set of key pillars of human thriving to arrive at a set of pillars that are each measurable, rooted in biology, and most importantly, flexible.
