As the Chief Science Officer, Glenn designed and runs the wellness program for the C4 Foundation. The C4 Foundation was founded in honor of Charlie Keating the 4th, who was killed in action in Mosul, Iraq. The C4 Foundation honors Charlie through its support of Navy SEAL families. The C4 foundation provides workshops and a full program to help families stay connected and focus on the tools that work for them. The foundation operates a 560-acre ranch outside of San Diego, and is the closest and retreat centers dedicated to serving active duty SEAL Families.
The program, dubbed the “Families Reenergized through Optimism and Gratitude” or FROG program, uses findings from modern science on gratitude, optimism, creativity, and mindfulness to provide a full slate of practices and pragmatic approaches to connection with the whole family.
