The act of making things out of metal, wood, and whatever else, keeps me sane. I have an ongoing stack of projects in my garage ranging from simple desks and furniture to CNC projects, lamps, sculpture, homemade wood finish, many things. My blog articles feature some of the adventures I have had making these things. If I am not teaching, parenting or doing research, I am likely in the garage making things.
